Hi, I’m Lee of Hush Beauté Esthetics, located in Creve Coeur, MO. My passion is helping others stay consistent with self-care. I specialize in full body waxing and facials. I am here to educate you on how to take care of your skin. You will leave feeling more confident in your skin! Scheduled service time includes: client consultation, service, and checkout. All rescheduling will need to be done via the booking site. You will find the link to reschedule in your confirmation email or text. Please reach out PRIOR if you’re having trouble rescheduling. There is a 10-minute grace period window for all appointments and arriving after the grace period is considered a no-show. No-shows and cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee. When booking a wax service, please make sure your hair is the length of a grain of rice. If the hair is too short, you will not get the best results. If your hair is extremely long please do not trim the hair. If you shave and want a wax, wait 2+ weeks depending on your hair growth cycle to get waxed. **PERIOD POLICY** If you’re on your cycle, you can still be serviced. Please come in with a CLEAN tampon or diva cup throughout the service. Tampons are available upon request. The CANCELLATION POLICY still applies. **Any appointment requested outside of working hours will incur an extra $50 in addition to the service price. **We have the right to deny service(s) to anyone if needed.** **NO REFUNDS will be offered after a service is rendered. Cancellation Policy

YOU MUST CANCEL ALL APPOINTMENTS VIA THE BOOKING SITE. YOU MUST CANCEL AT LEAST 48 HOURS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO FOLLOW THE LINK TO CANCEL FROM YOUR APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION EMAIL OR TEXT. IF YOU ARE HAVING TROUBLE WITH CANCELING AND IT IS WITHIN THE 48 HOUR WINDOW, PLEASE CALL OR TEXT 314-814-2211. YOU MUST CANCEL WITHIN 48 HOURS! *NO CALL/NO SHOW * WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE OF 50% OF YOUR REMAINING AMOUNT TO THE CARD ON FILE. IF THE CARD ON FILE IS DECLINED, YOU WILL BE BANNED FROM BOOKING.
